Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
We ship our products across the UK via standard delivery service. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receiving it. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a shipping fee of £4.99 will apply.
Please note that we do not currently ship internationally.

We will provide you with a returns address and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your order for a different flavour or product, please contact us at Info@TheRumInfusionist.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We will provide you with a returns address and once we receive the returned item(s), we will dispatch the new item(s) to you.
